Assessing Leadership Skills How can BLM employees assess their leadership skills? BLM has developed a multi-rater (270° or 360°) assessment tool that will let an employee see how others view his or her leadership behaviors. Participants are rated by their supervisors, peers, and subordinates (if applicable). Their ratings will be combined in a Feedback Report and sent to the participant to analyze.
