Who Will Be Assessed? Which BLM employees will be assessed? The assessment tool is available for any employee desiring to assess his or her leadership competencies. All executives, managers, and supervisors are required to complete this process as scheduled by their state/center/WO management team. Executives, managers, or supervisors who have submitted their retirement papers and will be retiring within the next two months are exempt from this assessment. Non-supervisory employees may elect to participate in the LNAT, however their participation is optional. Employees should contact their state/center/WO LNAT coordinator for further information.
