Who Decides Who is Assessed? Who decides who will participate in this assessment? The BLM Executive Leadership Team sets the policy regarding LNAT assessment of executives, managers, and supervisors. Other employees electing to participate in the LNAT should discuss their plans with their supervisors before requesting an assessment tool. It is important that the employee's request does not interfere with the office's workload. Completing the assessment tool will take each rater approximately 30 minutes.
