Leadership Needs Assessment Tool (LNAT)

The Leadership Needs Assessment Tool (LNAT) Application is designed to allow individuals to gather feedback from their associates regarding how well the individual meets certain criteria defining Leadership.

The gathered information is combined (by the application) into a composite report. The individual can then use this report to help better understand their Leadership abilities.

Because this information is composited, it provides a very accurate representation of the individual's strong and weak areas of Leadership, and it can be an extremely valueable tool for the individual.
