to BLM employees and managers at all levels. Participants
learn how to form an effective team and continue to develop the
trust and synergy needed for an efficient team. |

to employees with 1 year or more of service. The course
provides participants with the tools for developing a plan of
action to improve their leadership skills and nurture their
professional growth. |
