Course: Pathways Target: Employees with 1-3 years service in BLM. Goal: To develop employees who: feel kinship to BLM's mission, values, and evolving culture; gain a sense of place in the organization; take pride in public service; embrace the importance of public resources stewardship; develop leadership skills; continuously build trusting relationships in BLM, in their communities, and beyond; take responsibility to effect change and shape the future; have the tools to succeed in their jobs.
