Supervisor's Video: An Aid for Orienting New Employees

Building a strong foundation is as important for building a career as it is in building a house.  The Orientation  - The Foundation of a Solid Career "An Overview for Supervisors," video will help supervisors of new employees understand and use the tools to provide new employees with a good start in the organization.

The video includes information about what these tools are and gives some suggestions on how to use them.  It outlines the role of the supervisor (and sponsor) in the new employee orientation process.

Supervisors should use this video in conjunction with the Supervisor's Handbook for Orienting New Employees and at least be familiar with the information in the Orientation: Employees Handbook as well as the information presented in the Employee Orientation Video Series.
