Employee Development & Training - Employee Orientation Video

The Employee Orientation Video Series is a collection of video programs designed to help acquaint you with BLM though its history and significant contributions to the development of our nation.

The video consists of four programs outlining the bureau's history and development from different perspectives. Each program can be used on its own, but together weave a colorful tapestry of BLM's history, purpose, and promise:

The video series is automatically sent to you if you receive an orientation handbook from the National Training Center. Your local training coordinator or personnel officer may have the video series or individual videos in their offices.
