Leadership Academy Project Team

A key component of the Leadership Academy is the project that each team undertakes. The Project Team believes that BLM must mentor future leaders who can guide BLM in its stewardship of the public lands. This web site is intended to serve as a clearinghouse where employees can find answers to their questions, testimonials from other employees who have been mentored, and links to mentoring resources on the web.
