This course is designed to instruct Natural Resource Specialists, Environmental Protection Specialists, and other personnel who conduct Environmental Surface (ES) and Undesirable Event (NU) inspections on how to properly plan, oversee, and conduct inspection and enforcement actions with consideration for multiple use management.
