This broadcast is another in a series of Planning/NEPA Forums, presented by the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) National Training Center (NTC). These forums cover current and important planning- or NEPA- related topics. Previous topics include: connected actions, purpose and need, administrative record, cooperating agencies, and contracting.

Program Description: For the first hour, the expert panel answered NEPA questions submitted in advance by BLM field office staff. The topics covered were:

  2. Effects
  3. Decisions
  4. Legal Challenges

The remaining 30 minutes was allotted to answering questions that came in during the broadcast.
