DSPN Academy - Brainstorming

The brainstorming sessions provided at the 2020 DSPN address compliance with Interior Secretarial Order 3355 (NEPA Streamlining – Document Length & Timeline Limitation) and NEPA Streamlining- Overcoming Roadblocks (Parts 1 & 2), and the Transfer of Protest Resolution Responsibility, as a result of the BLM move west (Transfer of Protest Responsibilities to the States.)

These sessions were opportunities for BLM employees to share best management practices and standard operating procedures, that help them meet the requirements of Interior Secretarial Order 3355.The transfer of protest resolution responsibility sessions provided BLM employees opportunities to offer ideas as to how this transfer could be achieved and implemented.
