The Oil and Gas Drilling Manual and Handbook provides interim guidance on adequately conducting engineering reviews and proper inspection of drilling operations on Federal and Indian leases in accordance with Onshore Order #2. The Handbook does not include updated information regarding Onshore Order #1 requirements as revised in March, 2007.
