BLM's National Programmatic Agreement & State Protocols (8100-30)

This course will provide you with an overview of BLM's National Programmatic Agreement and the State Protocols. These documents are the basis for BLM’s compliance with Section 106 and other provisions of the National Historic Preservation Act. The course is intended for BLM managers, cultural resource specialists, Native American coordinators, and tribal liaisons.
