Description
The "Primer on Prohibited Personnel Practices" is approximately one hour long, and was filmed in November 2014. It lays the ground work for making personnel decisions and provides examples of prohibited personnel practices. The training provides guidance based on statutes and Federal Regulations that govern personnel actions, as well as citing actual Merit System Promotion Board case examples to refer to for guidance when considering specific personnel actions.
Target Audience
This training is intended to assist BLM Managers and Supervisors in navigating the sometimes difficult landscape of personnel actions.
