This short training video outlines and explains the 43 Code of Federal Regulations definition of an Off-Highway Vehicle used by the Bureau of Land Management for Travel and Transportation Management. The video will provide an understanding of those motor vehicles considered to be Off-Highway Vehicles, those excluded from the definition, and why knowledge of the difference is critical to planning and decision making.
