Once you click on the link Uncertainty Calculator v1.3, a new window should open asking you to run or save. Click on Save (or if don't get this window you can try to left click on the link and Save Target) . This will open a directory window from which you must select C; and then select the directory called tmp. Once the file is downloaded, you can run the uncertainty calculator by going to the C:/tmp directory and double-clicking on the Uncertainty Calculator icon. You can also right click on the icon and select Create Shortcut;. This will create a shortcut icon which you can drag onto your desktop
